Cricket: West Indies at 252/7, Stuart Broad took 3 quick wickets just after the tea session

West Indies scored 248/6 lost 3 quick wickets of Shamarah Brooks and Blackwood and Dowrich, All 3 wickets just a little over post Tea session felt quickly and claimed by Stuart Broad as the innings is progressing in the third session on day 4 in the 2nd test being played at old Trafford Manchester. England scored 469/9 in their first innings. English team which is trailing the 3 matches 0-1 was looking positive and posted decent total to set up the match.

Kraig Braithwate the west indies opener was looking set for a hundred as he was developing his innings nicely post lunch session before he got out when he was on 75 runs with 8 boundaries before he got out on the delivery of Ben Stokes who came round the wicket and Braithwaite gave a catch to the bowler himself and stokes claim this price wicket as the opener indeed looked solid, The west indies had 199 runs on board when Braithwaite’s good show ended at the first ball of 69th over of the innings.

Till the fall of the 7th wicket, West Indies was trailing behind 217 runs and needed only 18 runs to avoid the follow on as Roston Chase was batting on 20 runs and captain Jason Holder joined him to develop a partnership for 7th wicket for west Indies in order to avoid the follow on which was looking in reach earlier with much trouble before Stuart Broad bowled brilliant spell post tea session and claimed 3 quick wickets and set up the match nicely for a possible England win from the result which was heading to a draw.
